What I Learned from Walking with My Daughter:
- Rocks are best when small
- Feathers, string, and spent fireworks all make great treasures
- Birds fly and walk
- Yelling, "yodel-a hee hoo" means she is ready to go to a friend's house
- Sometimes you just need to rest from riding your bike and sit on the grass
- Hop scotch can be played on any colorful surface
- Choosing a new direction to go is most of the fun
- Chemotherapy cannot diminish the joy of the walk
